Im at a loss, can you help?
We just cleaned out our parents house they are in a retirement village. I found an old camera bag there with cameras in it. Olympus and Pentax come to mind. There is also a tripod and several lenses telephoto etc. He would have bought these in the ,s. Are they worth anything, or should I just dump them?

They are not likely to be worth too much. You could get a couple of bucks and find the cameras a new home if you sell on eBay. You could turn them over quickly at httpbhphotovideo.coma or httpwww.adorama.coma or other places that state they are interested in buying used equipment. Dont expect a lot, though. I am not aware of any limited editions or anything from Pentax or Olympus that would have any serious value.brbrI like the above answers about donating them, if you can find the right place. We know that there are students who would dream of owning some of this equipment.
