Clinically, maniacly or just plain depressed?

Not anymore, and Im proud to be embracing life again. Smiling again, laughing, and living. I suggest, for depressed people that you go out and do something fun. treat yourself to ice cream, feel the sun warm you, hang out with friends, think about positive things! If you look down, youll stay negative. Smile! Cheer up! laugh! LIVE.
