In my opinion, no. Much the same as reading other peoples mail is illegal in the UK, I believe that checking mobile cell phones is an infringment of privacy.brMy husband would never dream of checking my phone, nor I his, just as we would never read each others mail or emails.brPlus, if there really is anything to hide, suerly deleting it would make more sense!
