Asthma Attack easy points!!?
My friend has just had an asthma attack. She hasnt had one in three years and we dont know how long asthma atacks should last and what szhould I do to help the breathing?

you need to calm her down, let her catch her breath, asthma attacks are caused most often by stress, shortness of breath, or allergies. make sure there are no items that she is allergic to in the room, and get her in to a spacious room, make sure she drinks plenty of water, and takes deep breaths lasting from seconds. if all else fails, call
